We are in the process of finalising details of a retreat at the beautiful Hanaq Pancha retreat centre near Pisaq in the Sacred Valley, Peru. The retreat will feature regular yoga classes with Jo Cunningham, meetings with the Sacred Medicines in the company of local shamans, and opportunities to visit the various Incan ruins in the immediate vicinity. A portion of the proceeds of this retreat will go towards the supporting of the Casa De Milagros, the remarkable work of Mama Kia and others to feed, house and nurture children in the Sacred Valley.
